Our commitment

We want people to be able to navigate this website using a keyboard, zoom content without losing information, use assistive technology and understand the language and structure of each page. We use WCAG 2.2 level AA as our design goal.

Current status

The marketing website has not yet undergone a full independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim formal conformance. We test core journeys during development and will continue improving the site as the service develops.

Tell us about a problem

If something prevents you from using the website or joining the waiting list, email hello@joinmyclub.co.uk. Tell us which page or task caused difficulty and, if you are comfortable doing so, the browser or assistive technology you use.

We will provide information in a reasonable alternative format where we can and aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days.
