Using this website
You may use this website to learn about JoinMyClub, join the beta or waiting list, and contact us. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or use automated requests in a way that damages or unreasonably burdens the service.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, other users or our systems.
Information, availability and beta features
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but marketing information is general and may change. Screens, feature descriptions and timelines may describe software still being tested. Joining a waiting list does not guarantee immediate access or that every described feature will be available at launch.
Prices, mandatory charges and the terms applicable to a purchase will be shown before you pay. The separate Beta and Founders terms apply to waiting-list and Founders offers.
Intellectual property
The website, JoinMyClub name and branding, copy, interface designs and other materials are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your organisation’s internal evaluation. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape or commercially exploit the materials without permission.
Links and third parties
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. We are not responsible for content or services we do not control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising solely from reliance on general marketing content, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Contractual service commitments will be set out in the terms presented when a customer subscribes.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may have mandatory rights to bring proceedings where they live.
